I used to get on the treadmill 2-3 times a day but about a little over a month ago I quit going on the treadmill and exercising all together.

Is it too soon to get back on the treadmill or did my body get used to and remember the treadmill exercise routine and I can’t lose weight by doing that anymore?

I did interval workouts back then too.

Another type of fasting for weight loss is called a juice fast.  This is a short-term program, but during the period of time when this program takes place, a person intensely drinks raw vegetable and fruit juices, as well as water.  This is also known as a detox diet, but it’s said that the vitamins and antioxidants from the juices help to eliminate toxins from the body.

These are just two popular examples of fasting programs, though many more exist, each with different specifications and stipulations to fill the different needs of different people.  Fasting has many different benefits, not just weight loss.  In the juice fast, for example, it is said to help remove harmful toxins from the body, and some studies in rats and humans have shown that fasting (or calorie-restricted diets) can even improve ones lifespan and longevity.  Whatever the program, and whatever the real benefits may be, fasting weight loss regimes can help you lose weight, and ultimately help you feel and look better.
